you know that feeling of impending doom. not unlike the rapture, 2012.12.21, and WW3.
but more on the personal level.

nowadays i feel more and more strongly about getting some exercises and vegetables.
i just feel slightly drained and jaded. some days i get mild migraine. some days my stomach is in turmoil.
i know some good old jogging could help. it will indeed make me feel great afterword!
of course, i never execute my plan. too much effort and i rather get IV drops into my rotten vein.
